1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of our website, Ambassador Dashboard, and related online services.
By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
2. About Our Services
Cory's Unfiltered LLC operates a clothing and lifestyle brand and provides an online Brand Ambassador Program.
Our Ambassador Dashboard is designed to allow authorized ambassadors to view promotional code activity, attributed sales, commission earnings, and scheduled payout information.
3. Account Registration and Access
Ambassadors may be required to sign in through an authorized Squarespace member account.
You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Access to the Ambassador Dashboard is limited to authorized users.
4. Ambassador Program Participation
Participation in the Brand Ambassador Program is subject to approval by Cory's Unfiltered LLC.
Ambassadors agree to represent the brand professionally, use assigned promotional codes appropriately, and comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including disclosure requirements for sponsored or commission-based promotions.
Participation may also be governed by a separate Brand Ambassador Agreement.
5. Sales Tracking and Commissions
The Ambassador Dashboard may display sales attributed to an ambassador's assigned promotional code, commission rates, earnings, and scheduled payout dates.
Commission calculations are based on eligible transactions and the terms of the applicable Brand Ambassador Agreement.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible may be excluded or adjusted according to the applicable agreement.
Dashboard information is provided for tracking and reference purposes. Displayed earnings do not, by themselves, establish that payment has been completed or that an amount is immediately payable.
6. Earnings Periods and Payouts
Ambassadors may be assigned individual monthly earnings periods and payout dates.
For example, an ambassador assigned the 15th may have an earnings period running from October 15 through November 14, with a scheduled payout date of November 15.
Actual payment obligations, methods, eligibility, and any permitted adjustments are governed by the applicable Brand Ambassador Agreement.
A scheduled payout date does not guarantee that funds have been received by that date.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
Access another ambassador's account or confidential information.
Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
Manipulate promotional codes, sales records, or commission information.
Interfere with the operation or security of our website or dashboard.
Use our services for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
8. Intellectual Property
The Cory's Unfiltered name, logos, designs, branding, website content, and related materials are owned by Cory's Unfiltered LLC or used with permission.
No ownership rights are transferred through access to the website or Ambassador Dashboard.
Any permission granted to ambassadors to use brand materials is subject to the applicable Brand Ambassador Agreement or other written authorization.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
We use third-party service providers to support website operations, authentication, data management, and business automation.
Users must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other individuals participating in our services.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or Ambassador Dashboard when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security concerns, unlawful activity, or termination of program participation.
Any outstanding commission obligations will be handled according to the applicable Brand Ambassador Agreement and applicable law.
11. Service Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and reliable access to our services.
However, the dashboard may occasionally experience interruptions, delays, or reporting discrepancies.
If an ambassador believes their sales or commissions have been calculated incorrectly, they may contact us for review.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cory's Unfiltered LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Ambassador Dashboard.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our business, services, or legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
